During the summer of 2020, Tourism Fiji had a common problem that a lot of the travel industry was facing with COVID. The virus, lockdowns, and travel restrictions made it impossible to imagine taking that dream vacation for everyone in the world. Although the borders to Fiji were closed during this time, Tourism Fiji wanted to stay top of mind and remind the public that when Fiji re-opened, it would do so with a warm "Bula!"

We created a quiz to help our audiences discover what activities made them happy
and fulfilled, and how they could ultimately find their "Bula" in Fiji.

To generate interest, the questions were carefully paired with unique Fijian experiences and locations. Finally, we could capture their preferences and send them email content that is relevant to them.
